What you will do &amp; Who you need to be : - Someone who has the courage to be the first ingredient, with a love to introduce new practices, Enhance Employee experience by innovating current practices to improve the performance and satisfaction. - A desire to bring in change with an eye to analyze available data to identify gaps in practices and processes. - Assess current capabilities and culture of the HR organization and identify gaps that must be addressed to successfully implement HR strategy - Consult with HR functions to develop the overall HR Strategy and framework, Oversee and monitor the implementation of the overall HR strategy and report progress to HR leadership - Establish and maintain effective service management for HR by developing and maintaining the HR service catalogue, HR scorecard, SLAs and operating level agreements - Ensure integrated HR change management and communications approaches are being developed and implemented - Build HR program/project and change management capability by defining a set of standards and designing, developing and deploying change management - Responsible for defining, developing, implementing and managing HR scorecards and ensuring the HR strategy is appropriately embedded in the context of our business and human capital strategy - Balances the People &amp; Culture focus on strategic requirements by examining various impacts of change, such as organisational design, workforce planning, culture, and overall governance of human resources management. - Master's Degree from Tier I or Tier II institute with strong experience in creating Employee Experience strategies, HR Project management - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems - Ability to manage ambiguity and synthesize complex information into meaningful messages and recommendations - Embracing and leading change with passion for People and Culture.
