Project Management Officer - PMO CXO's Office Mumbai Role : The PMO will work closely with the CXO and Management, to assist in all the internal and external stakeholder management thereby assisting in the special projects starting from strategy making to execution. The role will traverse multiple functions as the need arises, resulting in exposure to various aspects of the business. As an arm of the overall governance function, the PMO is responsible for supporting and enabling the organization's projects, programs, and structured work efforts as well as, ensuring that the work of the PMO adds value, is relevant to and aligns the strategy of the organization, and meets the goals set for the enterprise by executive management. Responsibilities: - Champion the development and delivery of the annual/quarterly/monthly strategic planning process for the company. - Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong process & governance. - Create investor decks for founders and drive initiatives for new markets and expansions - Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change. - Manage corporate dashboards and analytics; Interpret, analyse and present data in providing inputs for business planning and operations. - Manage business priorities, working closely with the CXO to ruthlessly prioritize and execute on agreed to-dos, high quality outputs at speed is our mantra - Work on the organizational strategic levers along with the CXO for improvement & tracking. - Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. - Drive continuous improvement of operational processes with a focus on simplification. Criteria: - An MBA from a Top Tier B school with 3+ years of significant experience in management consulting. - Should have been a part of the CXO's/Founder's office and have experience in planning and executing corporate strategy. - Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy. - Experience working in a tech start up would be a huge plus. - Should have a strong analytical and creative thought approach along with strong problem solving and communication ability.
