Junior Controller (Manager)

Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely accounting and books keeping, partner with local cross functional teams and ensure financial and accounting controls.

- Ensure timely completion period closure of books and support financial reporting team to ensure on time reporting.

- Prepare periodic monthly/ quarterly/ year end company reports and reconciliation activities, ensure on time submission of MIS and other management reports.

- Handle cross functions relationships and provide proactive support and resolutions to business and stakeholders.

- Handle audits (Statutory, Internal and other applicable audits)

- Ensure adherence to statutory and taxation compliance and ensure on time payouts for all statutory/ tax liabilities in adherence to local compliance with zero-tolerance.

- Ensure monthly credit card reconciliations, wallet top up reconciliation.

Required Skills:

- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 5 years of experience.

- Excellent knowledge of IND AS/ Tax Laws/Companies Act laws.

- Experience with preparing financial statements.

- Excellent Excel skills.

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year end close process.

- Deep analytics & problem-solving skills.

- Strong team player and should be capable to handle incremental transactions load with a positive attitude.
