The Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to help drive growth through the optimization of our growing number of fleet. This is a critical role as it directly correlates to continually improving the rider experience through greater availability while minimizing costs. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability.

This is an intense business side startup role to monitor rider behavior and ensure efficiency through scheduling, asset utilization, and rider incentive programs. This role will have direct responsibility for the growth of business.

Roles / Responsibility :

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic fleet partnerships and rider development.

- Own up rider on-boarding and training processes.

- Fleet management and scheduling.

- Expansion planning/recruiting.

- Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of rider's incentive programs and work with management to execute those strategies.

- Sourcing of Riders.

- Leave/ attendance Management for Riders.

- Grooming Riders.

Experience / Qualifications :

- 2 to 4 years of experience

- Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking.

- Foreclose challenges through internal / external resource utilization, with the permitted / prescribed cost or timelines.

- A go-getter and self-motivated individual who seek to get ahead in life, who values potential in smaller businesses and start-ups rather than having a settling approach towards work and life.
