Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Account Manager with advanced knowledge in social media, strategic planning, and a moderate understanding of influencer marketing, paid media, SEO, technology, and e-commerce. The candidate should be focused on driving account growth, executing impactful campaigns, possess strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of 2-3 individuals, and recognize the crucial nature of client management. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successful account management, campaign execution, and team leadership, and coordinate during pitch activities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve client objectives.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of social media platforms to create impactful campaigns.
- Utilize moderate understanding of media, SEO, technology, and e-commerce to enhance overall account strategies and cross-sell accordingly.
2. Campaign Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale campaigns that align with client goals. Work on 360 integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations based on data-driven insights.
3. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Utilize research findings to inform and enhance account strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies relevant to the industry.
4 Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Account Managers/Solutions Architect, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals for team members.
5 Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Recognize the crucial nature of client management in ensuring client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion.
6. New Business Pitches :
- Actively participate in major pitches and campaigns to secure new business.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for all verticals during the pitch process.
- Manage client coordination for pitches, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client needs.
