Looking for a B2C Tech Product Owner + Entrepreneur-in-residence + Growth hacker for an interesting product we have been building. Prior experience in 0-1 / 1-10 journey of a tech B2C app would be a huge advantage.
- Good compensation, potential co-founder opportunity (if we can meet pre-decided goals) - but very little risk. The app is already live with some green shoots appearing now - someone needs to now lead it to a pan India presence.
- Min 5 years of experience (developed leadership skills - not an individual contribution role)
- Right candidate should have been closely involved in building / improving tech products and / or growing the DAU through digital and offline means.
- Lead and oversee the business development team, setting strategic goals and objectives aligned with organizational growth targets.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Foster relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and build a strong network.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making and business planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent achievement of sales and growth objectives.
