Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Group Head with advanced knowledge in social media, strategic planning, and a comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing, paid media, SEO, technology, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate should be passionate about team and account growth, adept at leading large-scale campaigns, and possess strong expertise in strategy development, campaign execution, extensive research, and understanding the entire process of creating a brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and implement high-level strategic account plans to drive both team and account growth.
- Utilise advanced knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, paid media, SEO, tech, and e-commerce for comprehensive account strategies.
Campaign Execution and Research:
- Lead the planning and execution of impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals. Work on 360 integrated campaigns.
- Conduct extensive research to gather insights, inform strategies, and optimize campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring or supervising other projects with respective managers.
- Understand and implement mainline marketing strategies and effectively add that in campaign planning and execution.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of more than 5-6 Account Managers/Solution Architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Provide strategic guidance on team growth, account management, and campaign execution.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Recognise the crucial nature of client management in ensuring client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion.
Understanding Brand Identity Importance:
- Understand the entire process of creating a brand identity, including defining brand archetypes, visual tonality, and brand persona.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand elements align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
New Business Pitches:
- Actively participate in and lead new business pitches, showcasing expertise in digital marketing.
- Research data, gather insights, and prepare compelling presentations for pitch activities.
- Present and lead pitches from the forefront, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
Opportunity Identification and Event Planning:
- Identify opportunities for big events in advance, aligning with festive, sports, or special occasions.
- Create plans for significant events and ensure seamless execution.
Up-selling and Project Leadership:
- Create opportunities for different verticals and propose them to existing clients.
- Lead projects with complex delivery, covering all digital verticals/solutions provided.
Note: Applicants with the marketing agency background would be a plus.
