Lysto - Lead - Quality Assurance

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and experienced QA Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in ensuring the quality and functionality of our platform, which empowers gamers to connect, compete, and level up their skills.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a high-performing QA team

- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for the platform

- Design, write, and execute test cases covering all functionalities

- Identify and report bugs and defects

- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues

- Stay up-to-date on the latest QA methodologies and tools

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a QA leadership role, 5-8 years of QA experience

- Experience in using one or more of these: Automation Tools, Cypress, Jenkins, Jmeter, Selenium

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience with Agile methodologies

- In-depth knowledge of QA best practices and tools

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the online gaming landscape
