Lynk - Senior Product Manager - Technical Domain

About Lynk:

Lynk is a 6 year old startup going through a period of RAPID growth (we've gotten huge traction due to COVID!) as we lead the transformation of last mile delivery in India using tech-led shared mobility as a disruptor. Backed by large investors, Lynk is present in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi. We are looking to expand to the top 10 cities in India shortly.

Our technology functions include mobility, back-end engineering, infrastructure, security, data science, user experience, product and DevOps. We are looking to add smart and passionate geeks to the team to fuel our growth in new markets and product verticals.

The Role:

As a Product Manager at Lynk, you're responsible for managing end to end product development life-cycle that involves analyzing user behavior, conceptualizing useful features, working with designers on UI/UX, prioritizing development pipeline, aligning with QA for testing, and managing releases.

You are expected to transform the company's business vision into a product road-map which is constantly groomed and executed across discrete sprints in an agile manner. We're looking for someone with a - zero-errors- attitude who can self-manage their work to meet tight schedules with minimal supervision.

What we are looking for

- 5+ years of work experience in Product Management

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

- Experienced in Agile product development with exposure to Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence

- Deep understanding of Mobile (Android, iOS) and web applications

- Knowledge in Customer Lifecycle Management - acquisition & retention

- Conduct Product analytics using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.
