Lynk - Product Manager - Growth

We would like to hire a Growth Product Manager who will be working on increasing adoption/transactions across our products and services. We would ideally like the person to have the following background,

1. Tier-1 Undergrad & MBA (MBA is not mandatory if you have relevant work experience)

2. 3+ years of experience in Tier -1 Product Startups

3. Product role with a focus on growth (owning revenue/growth metrics)

Responsibilities,

1. Align with management on growth objectives and work towards achieving well defined targets around user acquisition, transactions and revenue across products and services.

2. Work with product managers to design new features or optimize existing flows to boost conversions across registrations, bookings, recharges & referrals.

3. Come up with innovative growth hacking techniques for new product launches by working closely with the marketing team.

4. Work with strategy & ops team to influence decision making around critical areas like pricing, customer discounts, partner incentives, dispatch logic, etc. that has a direct influence on growth.
