The Role: As a Product Manager at Lynk, you're responsible for managing end to end product development life-cycle that involves analyzing user behavior, conceptualizing useful features, working with designers on UI/UX, prioritizing development pipeline, aligning with QA for testing, and managing releases. You are expected to transform the company's business vision into a product road-map which is constantly groomed and executed across discrete sprints in an agile manner. We're looking for someone with a - zero-errors- attitude who can self-manage their work to meet tight schedules with minimal supervision. What we are looking for - 4+ years of work experience in Product Management - Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch - Experienced in Agile product development with exposure to Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence - Deep understanding of Mobile (Android, iOS) and web applications - Knowledge in Customer Lifecycle Management - acquisition & retention - Conduct Product analytics using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.
