Job Description This role gives you broad exposure across functions and insight into the inner workings and decision-making at a growth-stage startup. It provides a 360-degree view of a new-age technology-driven business that Lynk is pioneering. - Work directly with the central leadership team to manage and execute various programs and strategic initiatives across the organization. - Perform in-depth analysis and generate valuable insights, in order to tackle and solve critical business questions across the company. - Work with the leadership teams across business units &amp; functions to initiate and implement strategic initiatives. - Analyse existing processes in the organization affecting operational efficiency, customer success and financial control. Identify and implement process &amp; technology interventions for streamlining existing processes. - Undertake special projects as required for driving business growth by developing and/or executing strategies in new geographies /segments or for enhancing customer success in existing business verticals/regions. Requirements : - Undergraduate or MBA or both from Tier 1 Institute - Very strong analytical and quantitative skills - Strong business acumen, ability to develop and communicate a well-rounded business perspective - Interest in the Indian startup ecosystem is a plus - Exposure to statistics, analytics, SQL is a plus
