The Role :

We're looking for a senior product leader (8-12 yrs relevant experience) with previous people management experience to join our team. In this role, you will drive Lybrate's product vision and strategy, while leading and grooming a team of extremely talented PMs/SPMs. If you've strong execution and leadership skills, can structure out a bold vision, gather buy-in from colleagues and deliver on the vision with lightning-fast speed, then this role is for you!

Responsibilities :

- Driving overall product roadmap and execution to meet (and exceed) user expectations (read user delight), and business objectives around user acquisition, engagement and monetization

- Creating annual/quarterly operating plans for the product team and work closely with the individual product managers to create ruthlessly-prioritized product roadmaps

- Owning the overall product development and growth metrics and goal-setting for individual product managers and other team members

- Presenting regular updates and plans to the leadership team and proactively keeping them updated on the progress and challenges

- Leading and grooming the team to help them become well-rounded product management professionals and more importantly better human beings

- Being on top of the latest developments in Indian and global digital healthcare technology space

- Participating in organization-wide strategic and operational decision-making

Ideal Candidate :

- 7+ years of product management experience in B2C product companies (eg. Swiggy, Uber, Flipkart, Amazon, Zomato, etc.)

- Demonstrated record of working on mobile products with >10 million Monthly Active Users (MAU) and delivering great user experiences

- Should have managed a team of atleast 3-5 product managers and should be able to demonstrate having played a key role in their professional development

- Highly analytical and data-driven

- First principles approach to problem solving

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong executive presence

- Should have a thorough understanding of data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Localytics, CleverTap or MixPanel

- Previous experience in health-tech is great but NOT mandatory

- A graduate degree in engineering or liberal arts with a solid academic and extra-curricular record (being from IITs/NITs/BITS, etc. NOT mandatory)

- An MBA is good to have but NOT mandatory
