Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Major R&R of this role are: - Work with Product, Engineering and business teams to determine the product requirements, new features that create user value. - Define the product strategy and roadmap - Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and maintain the product backlog - Create simple and clear high level requirement specs to be handed off to business analysts for detailing and dev teams for implementation. - Competitor analysis - Monitor execution of product roadmap - Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues - Coordinate and lead product demos to prospective customers - lead product pre-sales activities; conduct webinars & other product campaigns - Assist implementation teams with process mapping and gap analysis - Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market - Create wireframes for new features/enhancements and hand off to design team - Analyze and work on enhancing the UX aspect of the products. - Assist marketing team & own product related collaterals and training programs - Manage product P&L Powered by Crisp Analytics: Internal / External Interactions: Who is the natural work team internally?
