- Program manage and execute the entire Learning agenda. Support a learning culture with a strong focus on achieving the full potential of employees through a wide range of development interventions including coaching, mentoring and action learning
- Liaise with business stakeholders & HRBP's to do training need assessments and provide training solutions to include, implementation, administration, and/or design and delivery of high quality programs
- Define the leadership growth journey and work on detailed individual plan to build a stronger internal leadership talent
- Independently plan and drive logistics of various training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the learning interventions, programs, metrics, adoption, coverage.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
