- The Regional Head leads a team of 8 State Head, 125 Distributor, 50 SI (Exclusive Solar Partner) & 15 Regional Retail Accounts (RMFR) along with 35 Area Managers with the responsibility of increasing the turnover, Market share and network of the company across East Region.
- Contribute to the development of dealer network, retail and distribution strategy within the region and ensure its translation and alignment during its development and execution
- Create and seek approval of all activities effecting the functional P&L like quarterly budgets, annual targets, expansion plan etc. for the regions from business heads
- Handle entire distribution and sales activities within the region and ensure sell through and effective expansion of product line in each of the distribution network
- Interface with secondary sales point (retailers) and regularly understand customer insights to improve sell through
- Design, develop and seek budget approvals on region specific schemes for potential seasonal improvement in sales
- Drive a culture of diversity, performance and transparency in the region and ensure the employees in the region are engaged.
