Lumenci's mission is to transform the legal and intellectual property industry in the US &amp; Europe with groundbreaking products and services. We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team in Gurgaon, India, to help us deliver high-quality products and services to our clients. We're looking for an experienced professional with a background in personnel management and advocacy. Our growing firm employs approximately 60 individuals, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing every aspect of their employment needs and growing our team 5X. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders in the industry, influence the organizational strategy and structure, build a talent pipeline across several functions, and create a meaningful team culture that enables the team to bring their best selves to Lumenci You will think strategically, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging business leaders, and reinvent how work is done. Responsibilities and Duties : - Lead Lumenci 's Human Resources and People Operations team. - Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for career planning, performance management, OKR administration, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development etc. - Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions. Interpret complex analyses and tie back to business priorities. - Enable hiring of right talent outside and effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. - Nurture a positive working environment and drive employee engagement. Build training programs and develop right skills internally. - Consult with Lumenci's executive team and other thought leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions. - Solve challenges and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions. - Develop People operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances, aligning monetary resources, developing action plans, ad measuring, and analyzing results. - Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions Expected Competencies / Skills : - MBA from premier colleges - 10+ years of experience in People Operations with at least 2 + years as HR Director or HR Head - A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element - Scaled a team from 50 to 250 across multiple verticals: consulting, products etc. - Experience with strategy consulting or Saas based firms is preferred. - Ability to work within constraints and to challenge the status quo. Comfortable with ambiguity and taking part in complex strategy discussions
