Lumenci - Financial Analyst

Lumenci is looking for a passionate Financial Analyst, who will build processes, systems, and update the calculation of patent and portfolio value and draft IP valuation reports and proposals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- 1-2 years of Valuation Experience.

- Financial modeling and analysis for company, industry, and market research.

- Application of economic principles and valuation methodologies.

- Ensuring accurate modeling of allocated portfolios and developing new transaction - models and enhancing the existing models.

- Carrying out royalty rate and estimating damages

- Calculation of patent and portfolio value.

- Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses

- Assisting team with Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement.

- Carrying out IP due diligence and corporate research

- Financial and risk rate analysis

- Draft IP Valuation reports and proposals

- Conduct IP discovery calls with clients

- Analyzing and identifying data requirements related to derivation rules and model tracking.

Education and Skill Requirements

- Completed Bachelor's or masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA

- Preferred credentials such as CPA, CFA, or valuation credentials (AM, ASA, CVA, ABV, CBA, etc.),

- Strong Excel & Microsoft Word skills

- Strong analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
