Lumen is a start-up in the agri-tech sector, building a full-stack business in the horticulture segment. We are seeking an individual to join the senior management to primarily be responsible for the sales and supply chain divisions. Our intent is to hire a candidate for the long-term, who will build their own team to manage going forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to seek out new B2B and customers and develop existing customers into larger clients. B2C sales strategy development.
Sales: Prospecting, identifying, and generating business from new and existing customers.
Relationships: Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Supply Chain Strategy: Determine optimal supply chain strategies for various products and customers segments.
Distribution: Oversee supply chain and logistics platform from production facility to end customer.
- Prior experience in sales or supply chain within the agriculture/food sector is preferred, but not required.
An ESOP package will be considered for qualified candidates.
