This role also requires developing Lubrizol's presence in Water solutions business in India. Industrial Systems accountabilities - Develop Go-to-market strategy for Corzan in India including Where to play (Key segments, Geography, Customers) and How to win (Business model, Pricing strategy, Partners and Alliances, Import vs Local manufacturing) - Develop and quantify Corzan's value proposition over traditional material - Prepare customer impact statements and customer value communication for specific segments (Waste water treatment, Chemical processing industries, Food&amp;Beverage, others) - Work with existing/ new licensee to get production of pipes and fittings in India - Maintain opportunity database and projects pipeline to manage execution of key opportunities and projects - Build and develop key strategic accounts in high priority segments. Organize to grow business at the key accounts in line with our BU strategic goals - Establish collaborative relationships with key external, internal stakeholders including global team members - Responsible for collecting market information and communicating current and emerging needs for target customers to drive value proposition development Water Solutions Accountabilities: - Execute Lubrizol's strategy in Water Solutions business in India - Establish and grow the business in New Products including TAED, Carbosperse - Develop presence in new segments (supply, treatment and discharge of water) - Track market developments and derive implications for Lubrizol - Collaborate and synergise with other BUs in Lubrizol to successfully develop presence in this high growth segment Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline from an accredited university.
