HR Business Partner- APAC
Asia Pacific market exposure is a must for this role in addition to BP HR experience
- Candidate should have 5-7 years of work experience in HR.
- HR BP background is preferred.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to resolve employee queries basis geo specific policies and processes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with COE team to rollout org.wide initiates in APAC & ME
- Position reports to GEO HR Leader - APAC & ME
Roles &Responsibilities :
People :
- Timely felicitation of SOM, PCM, LSA and SPOT Award winners
- Employee connect & Leadership connect calls
- Employee query resolution
- Employee communication- Fortnightly mailers, HR Policy awareness communication, i-appreciate mailers
- Policy related communications
- Fortnightly mailers/updates
Process :
- Support Success Factor implementation for APAC & ME
- Follow up with employees for timely completion of objective setting and Annual appraisal
- Timely renewal of FTC Contract in line to country specific norms ( To coordinate with delivery team and HR operations- APAC & ME for contract renewal in line to statutory norms)
- Orientation of new joiners- Direct Hires
- Timely completion of employee exit procedures
Learning & Development :
- Coordinate with Behavioral training team to schedule Behavioral training sessions through webex
- Coordinate with Technical training team to schedule Behavioral training sessions through webex
- Coordinate for Language training program
- Manage nominations for APAC&ME training calendar
Reports :
- Prepare monthly reports for review (Collation of inputs from APAC&ME recruitment, operations and Geo HR)
- Maintain manpower report account wise, country wise
