Marketing & Business analyst Role
- As Marketing Analyst Role the candidate will be required to gather, sort, analyse various market data, internal business performance data and bring meaningful insights for management team to support decision making process.
- As Business Analyst the candidate needs to manage all Technology initiatives for the Sales, Marketing, CRM and FM functions.
- Working with marketing , sales and CRM in identifying gaps and pain points and working on resolving the same through improving system process and automation.
- Technology portfolio shall include but is not limited to Sales Force CRM (SFDC), SAP, AI tools, Analytics Tool, Customer Mobile apps, portals and an Omni-channel integrated eco-system.
- This technology portfolio shall keep evolving based on business requirements and dynamics. The role is required to have a working understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware's, RFCs etc)
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Gathering, cleaning, and sorting data through methods like website analysis, internal MIS data and researching competition.
2. Using tools to analyse the data and putting together reports, presentations, and other materials for management use.
3. Conducting business requirement discussions with Marketing, sales and CRM and communicating feasibility of requirements with Central IT.
4. Integral & central role in creation and finalization of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through business teams.
5. Executing all Technology developments and implementation of the same through working with IT vendors and internal business teams
6. Coordinating with the Business Teams, Corp IT teams & Vendor IT teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries of IT solutions (Project Management)
7. Process enhancements through technology developments across various systems
8. Interact with various business user groups to increase user adoption and helping them use all Technology platforms efficiently and effectively through training and refresher sessions
9. Ensuring trainings are delivered on new applications to stakeholders
10. User Manual prep alongside SOP documentation in conjunction with business teams.

- Proficiency in SAP and middleware configuration

Qualification and Experience:

- Engg. in Computer Science/IT
- Post Graduate - MBA (Tier 1 College)
- Experience in Real Estate (Operations for few years preferred) - 2-7 Years
