Manager Inside Sales, Data Center & Cloud Services
Job Purpose :
- Identify and drive B2B Sales opportunities, Lead generation and increasing the sales funnel for selling of L&T Data Center and cloud services
- Develop and sustain long term customer relationships
- Prepare sales forecasts- and meet the order book target
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned targets
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing and new clients
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Customer Relationship Management
- New account development and Key Account Management
- To understand Clients' requirement and suggesting the best solutions with latest technology available in the market.
Relevant Experience :
- About 10 Years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated Sales skills to understand client requirements, document and present a compelling, business-driven solution for clients.
- Strong experience in B2B inside sales management of Data Center and Cloud Services across Enterprises and SMEs. Outbound call center management experience is strongly preferred.
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
- Proficiency in MS office and related applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
