To lead HR Operations & Talent Management for L&T Insurance, with specific reference to Payroll and Benefits administration; managing HR processes like transfers, attendance, time management & leave and exit management ; ER; Compliance; HRIS; Associates life cycle management, Employee Engagement, Goal Setting, Confirmation & Performance Management Process. The role aims to establish and maintain superior quality of service to employees and maintain effective controls.

Key Performance Indicators

Manage Payroll & Benefits administration

- Regular monthly payroll inputs for employees and associates for smooth management of the salary cycle

- Monitoring calculation and payout of allowances

- Compensation benchmarking internal & external

- Adherence to TAT/process

- 0 errors in inputs/calculations

Develop employee life cycle management processes and ensure effective implementation

- Employee on-boarding processes & joining formalities

- Establishing and monitoring attendance, time and leave management systems

- Confirmation process, transfer formalities

- Exit management for both onrolls & offrolls

- Adherence to TAT/process

- 0 errors in inputs/calculations

Manage Employee relations & Compliance

- Monitoring adherence to internal HR policies & guidelines for all HR processes under purview

- Ensure labour compliance is 100%

- Adherence to statutes

- Performance in audits

Management of HRIS and drive HR analytics

- Optimize the usage of SAP system

- Direct data management and analysis for providing periodic reports to management

- Accuracy of data

- Introduction of new HR solutions

Manage Performance Management System

- Ensure Goal setting for all employees

- Periodic reviews & management of Performance Improvement Plan process

- Managing Annual Performance Management process

- Adherence to TAT/process

Employee Engagement activities

- Work out action plans to enhance Employee Engagement through Reward & Recognition programs, employee connect activities etc
