Job description:

- Managing the end-to-end processing, accounting and financial reporting for overseas payroll function across geographical entities of LTI

- GL scrutiny, period-end accounting and book closing (monthly / quarterly / yearly)

- Ensuring payroll compliances as per local statutory norms

- Coordination with payroll consultants

- Participation in transformation initiatives including digitization, process and controls enhancements.

Required Skills:

- CA with 2-3 years of experience in industry

- Experience in SAP environment
