Head - Site Admin & Industrial Relations Eligibility Criteria : Education Min - Any Graduate, Max - MBA (Specially in IR) Relevant Professional Experience : Min - 18 Years; Max - 26 Years Scope of Work : Primary : 1. Experience in handling Admin & IR issues in construction industry 2. Strong experience in labor law & various Acts applicable as per industry requirements. 3. Handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters. 4. Strong Statutory Compliance & Labor related Issues 5. Settlement of IR Affairs 6. Liaison with Govt. Departments 7. Handling legal issues respective to sites and trade unions 8. Auditing at Sites for maintenance of statutory compliance records 9. Ready to handle the team of Admin & IR Executives at Sites Scope of Work : Shared Across Functionally : 1. Stake holder Management. 2. Site administrators are responsible for the planning, budgeting for facilities and admin support for construction projects, as well as the necessary administrative duties associated with each contract. This is typically a full-time position and may require being on-call 24 hours a day in case of on-site emergencies. Relationships Management : Internal : Close coordination with Project Heads, Project Manager at sites, Finance & Accounts. External : All Government, Non-government agencies, dealing & resolving local issues including some political/non-political matters (if any) that may arise Key Result Areas : Evaluation on Scope of work for providing cost-effective world-class facilities commensurate to safety standards with zero loss of productivity.
