- Responsible for Risk Control Self Assessments (RSCA) for various business functions and overseeing control validation testing in all key areas.
- Maintaining the operational loss database and analyze the reasons for such losses on quarter on quarter basis.
- Conducting risk assessments of the new initiatives.
- Daily review of exception reports, identifying and reporting risk issues, including any compliance or suitability issues.
- Assisting in the development of policies/procedures designed to ensure compliance with all industry/regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing the fraud, forgery, mis-selling cases and formulating the mitigation strategy.
Requisites:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial industry, updated on accounting and regulatory guidance.
- In addition, the incumbent must possess softer skills such as:
- Strong team working skills.
- Business acumen & drive for results
