L&T Financial Services - Team Manager - Fund Raising/Treasury Front Office

1) Management and augmentation of the existing Banking relationships for LTF, LTInfra, LT Housing Finance, L&T IDF and L&T Finance Holdings. Developing new Banking Relationships and diversification of the Lender Base.

2) Preparation of proposals for bank facilities - fund based, non fund based, working capital.

3) Preparation of CMA, projections, discussion with lenders, timely resolution of lenders queries, Monitoring periodic Interest Reset.

4) Negotiation on terms & conditions of sanction letter and documentation with the Banks.

5) Implement, negotiate & management of the ECB program, if any.

6) Continuous emphasis and monitoring towards working capital facilities, so as to provide liquidity back up support for the company business to ensure business continuity and to support dynamics of ALM.

7) Developing relationships among investors or CPs/ NCDs in the Mutual Fund and Insurance segments.

8) Preparation and maintenance of Information Repository and timely servicing to the various stakeholders such as Lenders and Regulatory/ Statutory bodies on continual basis.

9) Pitch in for quick resolution of all services & operational issues.

Financial Dimension :

- Total debt borrowing aross all companies (L&T Finance Holdings, L&T Finance, L&T Infra, L&T Housing Finance, L&T IDF) 85,000 Crs as of September 2018

- Banking relationships with over 30 banks - PSU, Private sector, Foreign banks

- Investors across Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, PF and retirement funds, Foreign Portfolio investors, Retail Public, Corporates etc

Skills and knowledge :

- Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) having experience of managing atleast Rs 5,000 Crores treasury size, with reputed corporate houses

- 4-5 Years of experience in managing relationship with bankers.

- Good understanding Financial and ratio analysis.

- Good understanding of market products and have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
