L&T Financial Services - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Rural

1. Maintains accounting controls by establishing chart of accounts as per the Company's accounting policies.

2. Obtains and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.

3. Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely closure of Audits/Reviews.

4. Should have knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards applicable.

5. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly/quarterly financial information as per the regulatory/internal requirement mainly.

6. Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.

7. Knowledge and experience on SAP, Hyperion System and in the areas such as Reconciliation of Books,Provisioning requirement under Ind AS, Securitization, General Ledger Scrutiny etc.would be added advantage.

8. CA is mandatory
