Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure optimum productivity of Salesforce working under them

- A key responsibility of managing the business for the zone/region

- Ensure optimum productivity for BM's and ABM's for the locations

- Approval / Sanction of proposals as per the assigned authority

- Recovery Management in association with the recovery team

- Training of the team on product and policies

- Keeping a tab on the quality of sourcing by monitoring - Login to sanctions, PDD, OTC and cancellations

- Managing the CF and APF relationships / Development of new relationships

- Personal discussion and evaluation of big-ticket proposals ( Tkt size > 2 Cr)

- Training team for enhanced productivity, achieving business targets

- Maintain good network with developers

- Stay up to date with all Regulatory environment

Knowledge / Experience :

- Basic understanding of Market, Key Players, Key products, Distributors, Pricing

- Good network with developers

- Good understanding of Regulatory environment

- Team Management skills

- Experience in handling multiple locations

- Understanding of What drives Profit, ROE in an organization

Min 10 yrs experience in Relevant industry
