L&T Financial Services - Manager - Credit Portfolio Monitoring

- Ensuring the credit policy is in line with the organization's risk appetite and at the same time competitive in the market place.

- Preparing product/policy change requests and getting the same approved by appropriate authorities.

- Managing the mortgages portfolio through the entire life cycle.

- Continuous monitoring of the portfolio to identify early warning indicators for enabling corrective action as and when warranted.

- Hind-sighting of mortgage applications through file audits

- Manage other aspects of monitoring viz long-pending tranches, Subvention cases etc.

- Suggest process/policy changes based on the learnings from the above activities.

- Liaise with related functions like sales/risk/product etc and secure their buy-in for implementing process/policy changes

Education qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate

Functional Skills & Knowledge of Retail Risk Management

Preferred industry: Banking/NBFC - Retail Lending
