L&T Construction - IT CRM Leader - Commercial Applications

Role Description:

The IT CRM Leader is responsible for leading IT CRM team that supports Marketing, Sales, and Service business applications. The IT CRM Leader manages internal personnel and external consultants, and provides leadership and expertise in the implementation and operational support of large CRM Deployments.

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day activities of the IT CRM team. Holds the team accountable for results and develop the skills and capabilities of the staff to meet growing demands. Provide broad leadership, functional and technical expertise in the support and operations of CRM business applications. Expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Responsible for systems maintenance (including hands-on activities) and for ongoing CRM projects.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team in Microsoft CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics) in a large enterprise.

- Expertize in cloud based applications.

- Bachelors or higher degree (Computer Science or Management Information Systems).

- Expert in implementation and operational support of large Microsoft CRM solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .

- Strong leadership skills with a proactive participative style. Ability to work with senior leadership to create actionable plans to develop team members.

- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Proven experience working for global large scale companies.
