AGM/DGM - Channels and Alliances


Job Purpose :

Responsible to achieve sales and profitability target by selling Data Center and Cloud Services products through channels and alliances. Responsible to identify and explore channels and alliance partnership opportunities and maintain and expand the relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Research and identify new Channel Partners and Alliances - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, solutions and services - or new ways of reaching upcoming markets

- Responsible to acquire targeted partners, developing and sustaining solid relationships with key channel partners and alliances

- Define the Alliance charter. Build Global business Plan, GTM strategic and drive key GTM initiatives

- Prepare sales forecasts- and meet the order book target through channels and alliances. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with the BD/Sales/Pricing team to provide the products and services and ensure delivery to customers in a timely manner. Collaborate with all the internal stakeholders to drive the sales cycle

- Working with the technical engineering team whenever a customer needs customized products or services.

- Resolve any issues faced by partners and manage complaints to maintain trust

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure-

- To work on strategy formulation towards business development and sales, increasing penetration in the market and scope of entering into newer areas, client interactions, technical and financial model preparation, competitor analysis, scenario planning, etc.

- Increasing L&T Data Center Business visibility in partner ecosystems- events, conferences, social media

- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.

- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :

- About 15 Years of relevant experience

- Expertise in data center and cloud services selling through channels and alliances. Should be a result oriented with solid understanding of Data Center & Cloud Services products.

- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented

- Proficiency in MS office and related applications

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
