About LSI Engineering:

LSI Engineering provided a spectrum of services such as Techno-Financial Due Diligence, Feasibility Study & Detailed Design, Project Management Services, Contract Management & Dispute Resolution. LSI Engineering has over the years completed a large number of assignments for:

- Government Bodies such as NHAI, MORTH, Various State Government Authorities.

- Private Concessionaires, Contractors

- Funds, Banks & Financial Institutions.

Position Requirement

- With a view to take the company to the next level and vision for exponential growth in the coming years, there is a need to further strengthen & regroup the Business Development Team and the company is looking to bring on board a Senior exceptional Business Development Leader working in close coordination with the Managing Director of the Company.

- To ensure the continuous and desired growth, the Vice President Business Development (VP-BD) will be focused on positioning LSI to National / International Concessionaires/ Contractors engaged in Transportation Infrastructure Projects, especially Road, Rail, Airports. The VP-BD will also act as an Ambassador of the Organization with an established reputation & Client base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this Role, the VP-BD shall undertake the following responsibilities:

- Promote Client engagement activities which include developing & maintaining a positive and trust-based relationship with our existing clients.

- Identifying potential areas for further development both in terms of business development and market strategy.

- Meet market top-line & bottom-line goals and maintain LSI's business prospects and pipelines in the markets in sectors as approved by the MD.

- Ensure quality and consistency of proposals and submissions, both commercially and contractually.

- Support & identify potential areas of development in terms of business development & technical delivery.

- Work closely with the technical leadership across geographies for coordinated approach and appropriate results.

- Collaborate with teams for recommendations on EOI's and bid submissions with focus on conversion of pipelines to contacts in a high proportion.

Qualification & Experience:

- The successful candidate shall have relevant educational qualification (preferably a Civil Engineer with MBA - Marketing) with a commercial business development experience of 15 years or more in winning Consultancy Projects in Infrastructure space in India.

- Experience of working with a high quality engineering Consulting organization involved in design, engineering & project Management and have a substantial existing network with national & International Concessionaires & Contractors.

- Experience in Stakeholder Management both internally and externally.

Skills & Competencies:

- Self-Motivated, focused on winning assignments covering Roads & Highways, Railways, Airports, etc.

- Pleasing amiable personality with an ability to mingle with people and be able to grow the network effortlessly.

- Advance Interpersonal & Relationship Building Skills along with recognized Problem-Solving Skills.

- Interpersonal skills and aptitude to work collaboratively in a diverse multi-disciplinary Team.

- Ability to Attract, Build, Nurture & Mentor a high potential team.
