Candidate Profile -&nbsp; Educational qualifications: B.Tech/BE (7.00 + GPA / equivalent from a premier institute preferred) Experience : - Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics with significant exposure to data mining and working on end to end analytical projects through structured problem solving - Should have done hands-on work on data manipulation and analytical projects Skill set : - Should have hands-on knowledge of Python or R, SQL or SAS, Excel and PowerPoint. - Proficiency in data manipulation with at least one tool is a must. SQL expertise is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and programming skills. Should be able to structure problems through logical thinking and interpret data meaningfully. - Should work on assigned projects or requests independently along with being able to learn and apply new tools/techniques on the fly when required. Should be able to manage time-lines and takes ownership of the projects. - Strong sense of initiative with a go-getter attitude. Must be willing to adapt to a fast changing technological environment and learn new tools quickly. - Should be able to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders and communicate results effectively along with guiding junior team members if required. Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; Strategy Analyst - Product Analytics: - Work with large amounts of data from various sources (transactional, digital, profile, campaigns etc.) and execute/deliver projects independently. Hands-on coding, setting up data pipelines, automation and project execution is to be expected. - Work with cutting edge tools like GreenPlum, R, Python etc. and arrive at the best approach to solve challenging problems. - Understand and work on various analytics related aspects of a product including the core algorithm, marketing, usage, misuse etc. - Mastering the fast evolving data structure and infrastructure; Understanding constraints and troubleshooting to arrive at workarounds when required. - Understanding the relevance of mPoint Business as a product to the core work. Strategy Analyst - Partner Analytics: - Work with large amounts of data from various sources (transactional, digital, profile, campaigns etc.) and execute/deliver projects independently.
