We are backed by three rounds of venture capital funding from prestigious firms and hold a leading position in the Indian loyalty program market with 650 million cards under management.  Job Title: Strategy Analyst  Job Location: Mumbai  Responsibilities:  - End to end planning and execution of projects (Eg: propensity to buy model, customer segmentation etc.) through structured problem solving.  - Working with cutting edge tools like R, SQL, Python/Java etc. on unstructured data and arriving at the best approach to execute projects efficiently.  - Mastering the fast evolving data structure and infrastructure; Understanding constraints and trouble-shooting to arrive at workarounds when required.  - Understanding the retail, loyalty and organizational business and relate them with delivery.  - Co-ordinating with stakeholders in the business and delivering independently along with guiding junior team members.  Candidate Requirements:  Experience:  - 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in retail sector from leading analytics companies like Dunhumby, Inductis, Mu Sigma, Fractal, Amex etc.  - Exposure to working on end to end analytical projects through structured problem solving.  Skillset:  - Strong analytical and programming skills (SQL, R/SAS and Excel).  - Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast changing technological environment and learn new tools quickly  - Strong sense of initiative with go-getter attitude.  - Ability to structure problems through logical thinking and interpret data meaningfully  - Exposure to usage of statistical techniques in projects is preferred.  - Ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders along with guiding junior team members.  Educational qualifications:  - Undergraduate engineering, from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, BITS) with good academic record  What we offer:  Steep learning in a non-hierarchical/flat start-up environment that values hard work and talent.   Opportunity to learn from subject matter and industry experts.   A closed knit team chosen from IITs/IIMs and other premier engineering and business schools.  Exposure to banking and retail business and cutting-edge analytical tools and techniques.  Best in class compensation and accelerated growth opportunities.
