Do visit our website www.loylty.com to learn more about what we do and our Key Objectives of the Position : Legal work (60% of the role is fulfilling the legal requirement) : - Ensuring that an organization complies with Legal requirements. - Doing all Legal and Secretarial coordination. - Drafting and Vetting of various business related agreements: Service Level Agreement between Bank and the Company, Addendums, Renewal agreements, Merchant agreement and such other Agreements and documents. - Drafting and reviewing website and apps T&amp;Cs and other Program T&amp;Cs. - Helping in all legal cases and Liaison with Advocates in all legal matters. Secretarial work (rest 40% includes secretarial role) : - Ensuring that an organization complies with Secretarial Practice and maintains Standards of Corporate Governance. - To act as a Compliance Officer of the company to ensure Compliance of all kinds of Statutory Enactments, rules &amp; Laws governing the Company &amp; its Operations. - To conduct Board Meetings and closing Minutes as per Company Law. - Drafting of Notice, agenda and Minutes of the meeting - Filing requisite forms with ROC - Keeping up-to-date all Records required as per Company Law. Candidate Profile Experience : - At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Legal domain with secretarial functions, preferably from service sector. - Complete Hands-on knowledge on all aspects of legal drafting/vetting of agreements and statutory compliance. - Experience in Legal matters like drafting, agreement review, legal notices, handling cases in courts, etc. - Must have adequate experience on all aspects of Corporate Laws.
