About The Organization :

We are a young, aggressive and fast-growing organization that is aiming to make a dent in the retail and banking industry in India, on how they acquire new consumers and how they manage the relationship with their existing consumers.

From our start-up days, we have had a stupendously fast pace of growth through these years, and have reached a stage where we now manage loyalty programs for over 73% of all the debit cards issued in India. Headquartered in Mumbai with offices across India, we are currently about 270 people strong and manage loyalty programs for over 24 banks in India.

Some of the key customers includes the country's foremost and the largest Bank viz. the State Bank Group, the country's second largest Public Sector Bank viz. Punjab National Bank, other large Public Sector Banks such as Union Bank of India, Bank of India, Federal Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank, UCO Bank, IDBI Bank, YES BANK, ING Vysya Bank, IndusInd Bank, Bank of Baroda and Corporation Bank, the country's largest Credit Card issuer viz. HDFC Bank. We also work with over 120 mid to large sized retail organizations with over 8,000 retail outlets enrolled into our consumer platform called Max Get More.

In the span of Nine years we have :-

- We award loyalty points for 1 in every 2 debit card transactions in India-

- We manage over 900 million Consumer Profiles under loyalty program management with over 70% Card market share in India-

- We process over 195 million transactions every month, with over 2.5 billion transactions processed so far-

- We award over 2.6 billion points- per month with over 35 billion loyalty points awarded so far

- India's only multi-bank, multi-currency loyalty platform with 1+ million mobile app downloads-

Having achieved this significantly strong market dominant position in the financial service industry, we are now realigning our organizational focus and energies towards the retail industry, with a clear aim to increase our retail partner network from 8000 outlets to 500000 outlets. Key Objectives of the Position :

Experience : At least 3 to 5 years of experience into Key Accounts, Campaign Management & Analytics

- Develop long-term relationships with merchants specific to the region and managing optimum marketing and communication solutions for all the initiatives of Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt. Ltd.

- Act as a primary point of contact for our partners and communicate on a regular basis with them and internal management team.

- Establish and maintain relationships with partners by offering innovative solutions which drive the business

- Track and manage performances through the development of activities that drive usage.

- Add value to the business of the existing partners and maximize revenue generation from them

- Act as an interface between partners and the delivery team.

- Conduct regular meetings with partners and monitor their performances.

- Collate, maintain and manage data and analyze the reports generated for the various partners and the internal management team

- Compile relevant MIS reports for the provision of merchant related statistics to the Head of Merchant Acquiring for his review and onward submission, as and when applicable.

- Verify all documentation received from Merchant (including Merchant Agreement).

- Gather & share key market trends with regional heads.

- Analyze the merchants available in the market to identify and recommend potential targets with whom to cultivate business relationships.

- Strong relationship management with CXO's & CMO's of our partners. Should build strong connects to suggest the right marketing strategy with the help of our analytics & marketing support.

- Should be a Strong people person. Should be able to liaise with senior management partner organizations on their own with ease.

- Drive revenues by building & developing strategic long-term partnerships

- Should generate the invoice and collect the payments on time from the merchant

- Experience in Account Management, Client facing, Campaign Management & Analytics.

- Should also be familiar with Digital marketing, campaign analytics & loyalty concepts.

Business Understanding :

- Understanding of the retail domain.

- Familiar with merchant acquiring business practices in the Banking domain.

- Result Oriented.
