About the Product : You will be spearheading and contributing to the success of the Retail Loyalty product at Loylty Rewardz. Loylty Rewardz has a unique offering for retailers where in it provides in depth insights about consumers to retailers leveraging big data technologies. Some of the industry leading retailers such as Giny &amp; Jony are using Loylty Rewardz to run their loyalty programs. Key Responsibilities : - Research existing data and conduct an extensive customer/merchant needs analysis to define multiple opportunities for the product - Create an in-depth understanding of the Retail CRM space and envision the next generation of products - Translate the product vision into a product roadmap. - Developing and refining specific product requirements for the market segment clearly communicating goals and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams. - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products - Write complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design and development teams. - Work with execution team and resolving questions and queries on the go - to ensure product features are implemented in the best possible way. Candidate Profile : Experience : - Candidate should have 2-5 years of experience with minimum 2 years in product management - Proven track record of translating customer needs into business / product requirements (mobile and/or web based products) - Retail CRM or omni channel retail expertise preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work across multiple teams and communicate with all levels of the organization. - Good analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical team Qualification : - Any graduate, preferably an MBA in Marketing/General Management from a premium institute
