You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies to grow the product/brand's awareness, market share, usage & reputation which will go on to enhance customer experience and drive growth.  Key Responsibilities:  - Analyse how the product offering is positioned in the market   - Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to  - Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies  - Lead communication development for the product and create motivating stimulus to get the TG to take action   - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues  - Plan & implement marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy  - Monitor product usage and consumer reactions   - Must be able to anticipate bottlenecks & take corrective action  - Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies  - Contribute to Revenue enhancing strategies  - Work closely with the Product team to constantly improve the product offerings  Candidate's Profile:  - Proven working experience in the field of Marketing. Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently  - Highly creative with ability to think out of box  - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that inform, engage and motivate  - Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management  - Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and data-driven thinking.
