Hands on experience on developing dashboards.  - Good communication skills (Oral and written)  - Ability to work under pressure with ease.  - Managing a team of 2-3 people  Key Responsibilities :   - Monthly MIS preparation and analysis. Insight with the performance viz-a-viz budget/ past month Year on Year. Analyzing the key drivers for the business and revenue. Assisting the CFO and Leadership team in setting up of monthly targets/road map.  - Analyzing the performance of each segment & client portfolio in terms of profitability, resource allocation. Developing a model of various cost and revenue allocation on the basis of key activity drivers in order to arrive at most accurate profitability and performance of program/clients.  - Assisting business team in commercial modelling, pricing and deal structuring. Developing a dynamic commercial and pricing model in order to have successful commercial deal execution.  - ROI analysis of business investments.   - 360 degree analysis of business functions in order to lay out process improvement, enhancing the controls and identifying weaknesses to improve the value addition.  - End to end reconciliation and control over complex business commercials.  - Tax Assessments, getting tax refunds and liaison with tax authorities for assessments, penalty proceeding. Working closely with the tax consultants to execute and completion of assessments smoothly.   - Actively participating in tax planning, investment decisions with other stakeholders.  - Assisting in monthly, yearly closing of books of accounts.
