Loyalty Manager - Consumer Durable

Looking for a Loyalty Manager for a Leading player in consumer durables.

The position is based at Mumbai.

Job Description:-

1. Desired profiles: Would prefer candidates from Loyalty firms, retail, airlines, hotels, credit card sectors directly involved in loyalty programs

2. Responsibilities:

- Support design of salon loyalty & engagement program

- Lead deployment of program across salons in metros

- Undertake sophisticated analytics of loyalty output and recommend suitable changes to program

- Liaise effectively with Sales, Trainers, Indian School of Hairdressing etc. for optimal delivery of program

- Oversee rewards catalogue & fulfilment

- Work directly with MD Office as part of organisation transformation taskforce
