- Manage loyalty program and ensure high level of performance, productivity and efficiencies
- Design and manage communications strategy focused on enrolment and engagement
- Manage profitability of rewards and redemption efforts and establish metrics to measure program success
- Manage of new program features
- Build and manage process to smoothly resolve operational issues
- Provide support to customer service teams on all aspects
- Setup and manage partnerships for the including accrual, retro-credit and billing processes with partner airlines and non-air partners
- Establish and manage relationships with vendors, Partner Merchants and internal resources to coordinate delivery for effective programs and promotional campaigns that are consistent with branding and general product merchandising
