The principle purpose of the Senior Analyst is to partner with the Test & Learn and Initiative Optimization teams to design tests, measure and analyze results and deliver insights for enterprise tests/initiatives. The position is required to leverage retail analytics and strong business acumen to translate initiative results into simple business language.

- Utilizing advanced tools and methods to leverage customer and financial data

- Leverage visual analytics to present work/findings
- Work effectively in a matrixed organization and handle competing priorities with firm deadlines
- Mentor and develop team members and elevate analytics capability for the entire team
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field plus 4 years of experience in relevant analytics environment
- Experience in Retail analytics working directly with business functions
- 2 years of experience working with analytic software (e.g., Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, Enterprise Guide, SAS VA) and performing advanced data modeling, data mining and exploratory data analysis
- Familiar with commonly used analytical techniques - regression, segmentation, forecasting, decision trees, predictive modeling
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MicroStrategy)
- Proficient in using MS Office - primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Customer analytics experience within the retail industry
