I. Job Summary:

Position provides design, development and administration of base salary, variable compensation and incentive compensation programs for corporate employees at Lowe's Services India.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Subject matter expert providing mangers, employees and HR partners answers to questions they may have about compensation for their team members or themselves.Design and development of system solutions for the administration and analysis of incentive programs for all Lowe's Services India employees.

- Verify that incentive solutions are designed to motivate behavior and that compensation related to the incentives is accurately calculated and paid in a timely manner.

- Ensures that the programs are administered uniformly and within all published guidelines.

- Design, development, administration and analysis of base salary programs and structures for all, or a segment of, Lowe's Services India employees.

- Ensure that base salary structures are maintained accurately in company systems and are communicated to managers.

- Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistency in the administration of base salary programs across the organization.

- Job evaluation and analysis and maintenance of the company's database for job descriptions. Evaluate all new and changing jobs within the company utilizing the Job Evaluation methodology or job slotting and maintain a library of company job descriptions for use by managers and employees.

- Participate in, and analyze results of, external compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness of Lowe's compensation programs. Compare market data to Lowe's positions to ensure the company's programs remain competitive for recruiting and retention purposes. Stay aware of market trends in compensation and regulatory changes.

- Maintenance of company job and position structures within the company's HR Management System. Ensure that accurate data exists for workforce analyses performed by a variety of departments throughout the company.

- Development and communication of compensation policies and practices. Ensure company management is aware of changes in the programs and is consistent in the administration of compensation programs.

- Drive the annual insurance renewal cycle by negotiating contracts with insurance vendors and driving enrolment through the Flexible Benefits Program
