Job Description :
- Interface and coordinate with corporate global mobility team, and HR leadership to develop and implement the Lowe's Services India Pvt. Ltd. mobility program office (policies and procedures)
- Interface and coordinate with corporate global mobility teams to execute all expat, short, and medium term assignments for US employees to India and Indian employees to US.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for employees and family members on all immigration and relocation questions, requests, and issues.
- Provides relocation, tax and immigration policy counselling; understands and coaches on compliance issues and risk to company; understands basic immigration knowledge and counsels on any implications/ time frames in obtaining work visas/ residence visas for employees and dependence.
- Coordinate, track and manage all immigration and relocation cases throughout the end-to-end process.
- Manage relationships with all vendors, relocation services, immigration services, and tax services.
- Address service concerns, handle escalation from relocation/immigration providers, and identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis. Track vendor invoices, contracts, and purchase requisitions.
- Monitor and implement best practices to ensure processes and policies meet current needs, adhere to legal/regulatory requirements, and are operationally efficient.
- The position reports into the Human Resources organization.
