Major Responsibilities for the role would be as follows :
Induction :
Design & Implement Induction program for new Joiners. ensure that new joiners settle in their jobs and productive in shortest possible time. Complete joining formalities and various background checks as per organization mandate.
Performance Management :
Ensure goals are cascaded as per organization mandate.
Ensure Annual Appraisals are completed as per timelines and corporate guidelines.
Employee Engagement :
Implement various Employee engagement programs in all locations
Focus on Reward & recognition.
HR Operations :
Ensure timely updating and cleaning of HR database to have updated and flawless data in HRMS.
Ensure various HR processes like Induction, Confirmation, Promotion, are executed flawlessly
