Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies tailored to brand identity, target audience, and industry positioning.
- Lead a team of content creators and social media specialists, providing strategic guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure cohesive storytelling and impactful content delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align content initiatives with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Ideate and produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats (e.g., articles, videos, infographics) for website, social media channels, email newsletters, and blog.
- Oversee social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and paid promotions, to enhance brand visibility and drive audience growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g. , reach, engagement, conversion) to evaluate the effectiveness of content and social media initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to innovate and evolve content and social media strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Simplia, representing our values and mission in all communications and interactions with external partners, influencers, and the broader community.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3+years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital communications, with a demonstrated track record of success within Simplia.
- Deep understanding of Simplia's brand identity, values, and target audience, with the ability to create content that resonates with our community and drives engagement.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing a team and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), as well as social media analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and social media strategies.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
- Passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to innovate and experiment in the digital space.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and collaborating effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
