Requirements:

- IIT/IIM Background:

- An IIT/IIM background is indispensable, reflecting a commitment to academic excellence and a strong foundation in business leadership.

Operations Management Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing operations within a digital agency targeted at North America. This experience should showcase a strategic approach to operations in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

Unicorn Level KPIs:

- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to achieve Unicorn-level KPIs in gross margin. This involves optimizing operational processes and enhancing efficiency to maximize overall performance.

Operations Management:

- Oversee and optimize operations within a digital agency focused on North America for a minimum of 2 years. This responsibility encompasses coordinating various operational facets to ensure seamless functioning and alignment with organizational objectives.

Startup Environment:

- Thrive in a startup culture by engaging in intelligent, late-night, real-time work. Embrace the agile pace reminiscent of an AI startup in San Francisco, contributing to a culture of innovation and adaptability.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
