About Us:

Join our dynamic start-up, Simplia, as a Senior Marketing Manager. We are seeking a high-performing individual to plan and achieve Unicorn-level KPIs on Return on Investment (ROI).

Requirements:

- Candidate from Tier-1 University.

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing sales operations at a North America-targeted digital agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Unicorn Level KPIs on Marketing ROI: Develop and execute strategies to achieve Unicorn-level KPIs on Marketing Return on Investment.

2. Marketing Operations Management: Manage marketing operations at a digital agency targeting North America for at least 2 years.

3. Startup Environment: Flourish in a start-up, working online late and smart in real-time, embodying the pace of an AI start-up in San Francisco.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).

- Proven track record in achieving Unicorn-level KPIs on Marketing ROI.
